Will Morris is the Founder and President of the Financial Benefits Network employee benefits communication and financial wellness program, established in 2004.

With over thirty years in the financial services industry and the recipient of local and national recognition working with individuals and groups in the areas of insurance, wealth accumulation, employee benefits and retirement planning, Will has coupled this experience with that of his previous career as a teacher and coach to implement the FBN program.

He is a Registered Investment Advisor and holds Life and Health insurance licenses in multiple states.

A native and life-long resident of Washington, DC, Will is a graduate of Gonzaga College High School and the University of Maryland. He has served as a member of the faculty of Bishop O’Connell High School and Gonzaga where he was a classroom teacher and the head football coach. He is is a member of their Athletic Hall of Fame.

Over the years, Will has enjoyed his involvement with several organizations, including the Victory Youth Centers, the Catholic Youth Organization, the U of MD Terrapin Club and Gonzaga Alumni Association (Past President).

Will and his wife Gina live in the Nation’s Capital and are enjoying their expanding family of five children and six grandchildren. He is an avid reader and golfer.

Michael Dempsey has been the Director of Operations for the Financial Benefits Network employee benefits communication and financial wellness program since 2012.

Michael was born and raised in Washington, D.C. and is a graduate of Gonzaga College High School and James Madison University with a degree in Business and Sports Management.

Michael has experience in website development and marketing development.

Michael currently lives in Georgetown enjoys playing golf and tennis in his free time and has been a lifelong Washington Redskins fan against his better judgment.
